"A Little Heart to Heart" is currently available as one of the main menu's startup themes. It is one of the two songs featured in Meet the Medic, the other one being "MEDIC!". It is listed as track number thirteen, and is one of the fourteen main menu startup themes. It is the tenth track to be added via patch subsequent to the game's release.
