The Bonk'n'Flash was to be a hat for the Scout which was entered in the Polycount Pack. It would have been a helmet similar to the mask worn by the DC Comics superhero "Flash," who had the ability to move at superhuman speeds.
A texture for this item was found within Team Fortress 2's GCF files following the Mann-Conomy Update's release. These however have subsequently been removed. The hat was ultimately cut due to copyright concerns from DC Comics.
