The Dead Cone is an unused headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as an ordinary traffic cone with several droplets of blood toward the top.
It can be found within the game's files, but is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly themed headgear, the Bucket o' Brains, also exists. Their name and descriptions hint at a future promotion with a zombie-themed game, possibly Plants vs. Zombies (in which zombies wearing each item are quite common.)
