The Concussion Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon that would have been used by the Scout. If this were to function the same way it did in Team Fortress and Team Fortress Classic, it would explode in a blast of energy, propelling anyone who was standing in its range. The reason that the Concussion Grenade was cut from Team Fortress 2 is due to Valve's choice to omit grenades from the game.
