The Bad Pipes is an community-made Action taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman will pull out a set of bagpipes and play them while dancing. The sound will have particularly sour notes. Once finished the Demoman will stand up, put the bagpipes away, and compliment his own skills.

Trivia
- Bagpipes are a type of instrument invented in Scotland and originally involved blowing air into a sheep's stomach through a series of pipes. It is characterized by it's distinctive, but rather poor, sound with the instrument commonly associated with sad occasions and somber moods.
- The name refers to the poor sound quality of both the instrument and the method used to play it in game.
