The Bad Pipes is a community-made Action taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman will pull out a set of bagpipes and play them while dancing. Despite the particularly sour notes, once finished the Demoman will stand up, put the bagpipes away, and compliment his own skills.
The Bad Pipes was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "True Scotsman's Call", with different music than the final game version.

Bugs
- When you play this taunt, whilst holding the Ulapool Caber the bagpipes wont appear but the Ullapool Caber will still be in the Demoman's hand.
