Sam's Hat is a scrapped headwear item for all classes. It was to have been included with Max's Severed Head, the Lugermorph and the Big Kill as part of the week-long cross promotion for purchasing Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse via Steam.
Sam's Hat was cut due to the modeling team having trouble getting the hat to properly fit each class. Team-specific textures remained in the game files during and beyond the promotion, but were later removed during an unknown patch.
