The Dead Cone is a currently unreleased headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as an ordinary traffic cone with several droplets of blood toward the top.
Its name and description were found within the game files, but it is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly themed headgear, the Bucket o' Brains, also exists. Their name and descriptions hint at a future promotion with a zombie-themed game, possibly Plants vs. Zombies (in which zombies wearing each item are quite common.)
