The Dead Cone is an unused headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as an ordinary traffic cone with several droplets of blood toward the top.
It can be found within the game files, but is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly bloodied headgear based on a common object, the Bucket o' Brains, also exists. It appears to be one of the headgear that the zombies in Plants Vs. Zombies use.
