The Garlic Flank Stake is a miscellaneous item for the Sniper, introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch. It entails two bulbs of garlic that dangle from the Sniper's bullet pouch, as well as a wooden stake fastened around his left leg by a pair of leather straps.

Trivia

  • In traditional folklore, these items are essential tools for vampire hunters: garlic repels vampires, but they can be killed by a wooden stake driven through the heart.
