The Scruffed 'n Stitched is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It gives the Sniper a brownish beanie with a sewn-on team-colored patch, a graying beard and a smoking cigarette.
This item has two styles, named "Paint Beard" and "Paint Hat". The "Paint Beard" style applies paint to the beard, while the "Paint Hat" style applies it to the hat. When unpainted, there is very little difference between the two styles.
The Scruffed 'n Stitched was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
