Craft Cleaner's Carbine		20	75	Base: 8 Crit: 24 [7.4 rounds / sec.]	Dealing damage with this weapon only fills charge meter.  Takes 100 damage to fill charge meter  Secondary fire when charged grants mini-crits for 8 seconds.  -20% clip size.  25% slower firing speed.  No random critical hits.
