The Pyro's Muffled Moan is a tool item that can be applied to any Pyro or all-class hat. When applied to the hat, it will lower the pitch at which the wearer speaks if they have the hat equipped.

Though it is intended for use by the Pyro, the effect of the item will occur for any class if they are wearing the hat, for example, if they wear an all-class hat with the item applied.
