Halloween Spell: Spectral Spectrum 1 - 100 Possess the petrifying power of paranormal paint! This spell can be applied to any paintable item. This item will expire on Monday, November 11, 2013 (6:00:00). This is a limited use item. Uses: 1 ( Not Tradable )

The Spectral Spectrum is a tool item which allow users to paint a hat or miscellaneous item. It can be found inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses, during Halloween events.

When applied, it will add a team-colored color shifting effect. This effect will only be visible during full moons and Halloween events, remaining dormant the rest of the time.

The Spectral Spectrum spell is automatically removed from player's backpacks if it has not been used before the expiration date.
