The El Quinto Especial Anual de Scream Fortress es una Actualización importante lanzada en el Parche del 29 de octubre de 2013. La quinta en la serie de Scream Fortress, le añadió el mapa de evento de Halloween, Helltower, y junto con 102 Cosméticos con tema de Halloween.
