Hopefully the Heavy won't notice, and even if he does, Heavies are easy to hit. The Heavy will be harder to kill because he is likely to be overhealed.  Keep your distance and the spread of his Minigun will do minimal damage.  If possible, use your Jarate on the pair to increase the damage from body shots, and get a friendly Pyro to give you fire arrows.  A Jarate-coated Medic hit by a fire arrow will almost certainly die, and even with overhealing a fully-charged fire arrow headshot should finish the Heavy, if not from the arrow itself then from the Mini-Crit afterburn damage.  Going for the Heavy first has the advantage of finishing off the higher health target first.  Since a Medic can be taken down with one good arrow, this can actually be a more definite way of completing this achievement, but keep in mind a dodging Medic is hard to hit.  As with all sniping, your targets will generally be easier to take out if they aren't aware of your presence until it's too late.

How to obtain: Killing enemy Snipers is generally at the top of your priority list. To win repeated encounters against an enemy Sniper, snipe from unexpected places and always try to land headshots.

Afterburn kills from lit arrows also count towards to this achievement.

Difficulty: Medium
How to obtain: One fully charged shot from the Sniper Rifle will destroy a Level 1 Sentry Gun, while two fully charged shots will destroy any unshielded Sentry Gun. If an Engineer is repairing the Sentry Gun or shielding it with the Wrangler, kill him first.

Kill a Scout in midair with your Sniper Rifle or the Huntsman.

How to obtain: While Scouts aren't the easiest targets to hit, you can predict when they'll jump, either in combat or while travelling, in order to land a midair shot.

While using The Classic, kill a rocket/grenade jumping enemy in midair with a full charge, no-scope headshot.
Difficulty: Hard
How to obtain: Enemies will be easier to headshot at the apex of their jump. Easier yet is to headshot a parachuting enemy.

How to obtain: Fully charging up the Classic will bring your own speed to a crawl. To avoid being an easy target, charge your shot as you come out of cover while scanning the area for enemies. Because the achievement requires you to not use the scope, you might want to position yourself a little closer to the frontlines.

How to obtain: You must use the Kukri, Conscientious Objector, Saxxy, Tribalman's Shiv, Bushwacka, or Shahanshah to kill three players that you doused with a single Jarate. Your best bet is to enlist a Pocket Medic on a game mode where players gather in one place, such as 5CP or Payload

How to obtain: If you bump into a cloaked Spy, throw Jarate at his predicted path. Use your Jarate to check corners and recesses where Spies using the Cloak and Dagger may hide. This achievement can also be accomplished by using the Scout's Mad Milk or reflecting Jarate as the Pyro.

How to obtain: Keep an eye on areas that require a rocket or sticky jump to access. Keep in mind that those who rocket or sticky jump probably are already damaged; a fully charged bodyshot should suffice.

How to obtain: This achievement will be obtained naturally after a decent amount of time playing as the Sniper.

Difficulty: Medium
How to obtain: Snipers earn 1.5 points per headshot, allowing them to quickly climb the scoreboard. If you are having problems accumulating points, play as a different class before switching to Sniper again. Medics, for example, tend to accumulate a disproportionate amount of points per life compared to their teammates. Once you've attained a sizable lead, switch to Sniper and finish the round.

How to obtain: Wait to kill your target until they are on top of the control point or Payload cart.

How to obtain: The description is misleading; for this achievement, you must get five assists in a single life. Throw your Jarate where players tend to congregate, such as around chokepoints, control points, and the setup gates at the start of a round. Using the Sydney Sleeper allows you to inflict Jarate at longer ranges.

Headshot an enemy player the moment his invulnerability wears off.
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
How to obtain: Invulnerable enemies include a Medic's ÜberCharge patient or a Pyro taunting with a fully charged Phlogistinator. Keep your crosshair on their head until the invulnerability wears off, then fire.

Hit an enemy with 3 arrows, without killing them.
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
How to obtain: To avoid accidentally killing your foe, do not aim for the head or charge your shots. Attacking a bulky target like the Soldier or Heavy might be easiest. This achievement can be accomplished while playing as the Medic with the Crusader's Crossbow.

Difficulty: Hard
How to obtain: Playing on modes which are prone to stalemates, such as Capture the Flag, will give you much longer rounds and more time to earn this achievement. Like normal weapons, the Classic gibs when the finishing blow's damage is greater than or equal to the target's remaining health plus 10, or when the damage dealt is mini-crits or crits (including headshots); this does not depend on if the player is scoped in or not.

How to obtain: Medics are usually found healing another teammate, so aim your Jarate between him and his patient.

How to obtain: Take note of the class of the player you're dominating so that you can target him with Jarate. If you need to approach the frontlines, stay flanked by teammates to avoid being singled out by your victim.

How to obtain: Aim for the head and don't bother to charge, as a headshot will kill any Sniper that is not overhealed. Don't use the Sydney Sleeper while trying to complete this achievement, as headshots deal much less damage with this weapon.

How to obtain: Find an unaware enemy, such a busy enemy Sniper, and kill him with the Huntsman's taunt. This is somewhat easier than other taunt attacks, as it only takes one second to thrust the silent arrow that stuns your target.

Kill a spy whose backstab attempt was blocked by your Razorback.
Difficulty: Medium-Hard
How to obtain: Once your shield is destroyed, pounce on the Spy with the Kukri. Unfortunately, if a Spy sees your Razorback, they probably won't try to backstab you, switching instead to their Revolver. You may have better luck against inexperienced Spies or an enemy Spy intentionally trying to achieve the Die Another Way achievement.

How to obtain: You can obtain this achievement by using any method capable of killing a Spy in one hit, including charged shots, headshots, or critical hits from your melee weapon. If you know a Spy is in an area, look for shimmers of cloak and shoot where you think he will go.
