The Medic's Blood Curdling Bellow is a tool item that can be applied to any cosmetic item for the Medic or for all classes. When applied to a cosmetic item, it lowers the pitch at which the wearer speaks if they have that cosmetic item equipped.

Prior to Scream Fortress 2015, it could be found during Halloween events inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile of Curses.
