The Crushing Defeat is a community-created special taunt for the Heavy.
When activated, the Heavy pulls out a skull without the bottom jaw, crushes it into shards whilst saying a threatening voice line and grimacing, then wipes his hands.
The Crushing Defeat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
