The Fleet Commander is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a tricorn with golden edges, a black band, two feathers on the left side, and a pair of golden rings on the right side. The tricorn has a skull-and-crossbones symbol on the front that differs depending on the class wearing it.
This item has two styles, named "Commander" and "Captain". The "Commander" style makes the hat team-colored and the feathers white, while the "Captain" style makes the hat black and the feathers team-colored.
The Fleet Commander was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
