License to Maimはすべてのクラスのためのプロモーションアイテムで、その他の装備品です。これはサムとマックスが使っているフリーの警察バッジで、"Sam & Max Freelance Police"と数字の1番が書かれた金のバッジです。正義の印の青い星がバッジの真ん中に描かれています。
このバッジはルガモーフ同様、Poker Night at the Inventoryでマックスを倒す事でもらえます。
