Luftsvøbet (Scourge of the Sky) er en fællesskabsskabt kosmetikgenstand til Medic. Den udskifter hans normale kittel med en vinterfrakke med pelskrave, der overdækker en uniform, som ligner dem båret af tyske krigspiloter under den Første Verdenskrig.

Luftsvøbet blev bidraget til Steam-værkstedet.

  • "The Scourge of the Sky" var et kælenavn givet til Manfred von Richthofen, også kendt som Den Røde Baron, som kæmpede med den tyske luftstyrke under den Første Verdenskrig.
