Pincushion Hit an enemy with 3 arrows, without killing them. Difficulty: Easy-Medium How to obtain: To avoid accidentally killing your foe, do not aim for the head or charge your shots. Attacking a bulky target like the Soldier or Heavy might be easiest. This achievement can be accomplished while playing as the Medic with the Crusader's Crossbow. |
Prime Cuts While using The Classic, gib all 9 classes during a single round. Difficulty: Hard How to obtain: Playing on modes which are prone to stalemates, such as Capture the Flag, will give you much longer rounds and more time to earn this achievement. Like normal weapons, the Classic gibs when the finishing blow's damage is greater than or equal to the target's remaining health plus 10, or when the damage dealt is mini-crits or crits (including headshots); this does not depend on if the player is scoped in or not. |
Rain on Their Parade Jarate an enemy and the Medic healing him. Difficulty: Very Easy How to obtain: Medics are usually found healing another teammate, so aim your Jarate between him and his patient. |
Robbin' Hood Take down an intelligence carrier with a single arrow. Difficulty: Medium How to obtain: Snipe from a place that has a direct line of sight to the paths that lead to your Intelligence. Scouts will often try to take your Intelligence, so pick them off as they return to their base. Another way is to kill an enemy with the Arrow Stab Taunt. |
Rode Hard, Put Away Wet Jarate an enemy that you're dominating. Difficulty: Medium How to obtain: Take note of the class of the player you're dominating so that you can target him with Jarate. If you need to approach the frontlines, stay flanked by teammates to avoid being singled out by your victim. |
Saturation Bombing Jarate 4 enemy players with a single throw. Difficulty: Easy How to obtain: Throw your Jarate into a crowd and hope it hits four people. This is best done where players tend to congregate, such as around control points, the payload cart, and the setup gates at the start of a round. |
Self-destruct Sequence Headshot 10 enemy Snipers. Difficulty: Easy How to obtain: Aim for the head and don't bother to charge, as a headshot will kill any Sniper that is not overhealed. Don't use the Sydney Sleeper while trying to complete this achievement, as headshots deal much less damage with this weapon. |
Shafted Stab an enemy with an arrow. Difficulty: Medium-Hard How to obtain: Find an unaware enemy, such a busy enemy Sniper, and kill him with the Huntsman's taunt. This is somewhat easier than other taunt attacks, as it only takes one second to thrust the silent arrow that stuns your target. |
Shock Treatment Kill a spy whose backstab attempt was blocked by your Razorback. Difficulty: Medium-Hard How to obtain: Once your shield is destroyed, pounce on the Spy with the Kukri. Unfortunately, if a Spy sees your Razorback, they probably won't try to backstab you, switching instead to their Revolver. You may have better luck against inexperienced Spies or an enemy Spy intentionally trying to achieve the Die Another Way achievement. |
Shoot the Breeze Kill a fully invisible Spy in a single hit. Difficulty: Hard How to obtain: You can obtain this achievement by using any method capable of killing a Spy in one hit, including charged shots, headshots, or critical hits from your melee weapon. If you know a Spy is in an area, look for shimmers of cloak and shoot where you think he will go. |
Socket to Him Headshot an enemy Demoman. Difficulty: Very Easy How to obtain: Try to headshot any Demoman that you see. A Demoman will often stand still while laying sticky traps and will usually pay little attention to you when locked in a melee battle. |

William Tell Overkill Pin an enemy Heavy to the wall via his head. Difficulty: Easy-Medium How to obtain: A fully charged headshot from the Huntsman will kill any Heavy that is not overhealed, so aim at him when he ventures close to a wall. |
