The Scotsman's Skullcutter is a community-created melee weapon for the Demoman. It is a bloodied double-bevelled battle-axe with a wooden shaft and spiked crossguard.

The Scotsman's Skullcutter bears similarities to the Demoman's swords, with increased melee range and slower deploy/holster speeds. However it does not have random Critical hits disabled, meaning that it does not require a shield in order to deal Critical hits, unlike the swords. In addition, it deals 20% more damage than the Bottle. A single Critical hit will kill any class that isn't overhealed, excluding the Heavy.
