The Bonk'n'Flash was a scrapped community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It's a latex head covering with round headphones or earmuffs, adorned with small lightning bolt symbols. This cosmetic was styled after the mask worn by the DC Comics superhero Flash.
A texture for this item was found within Team Fortress 2's GCF files following the Mann-Conomy Update's release, which has since been removed because of copyright concerns[1].
The Bonk Boy, followed by the Lightning Lid are its spiritual successors.
