The Shogun Pack is a collection of eight class-based promotional items (four hats, four weapons) for Team Fortress 2', and was awarded to players who preordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011. The items themselves are also available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store, are craftable, and are dropped.

Soldier's Sashimono - Secondary slot accessory for Soldier (similar to buff banner)
Gunbai - Melee slot weapon for Scout (similar to Bat)
Kunai - Melee slot weapon for Spy (similar to Knife)
Soldier Katana - Melee slot weapon for Soldier and Demoman (a katana sword)
Heavy Topknot - Heavy hat similar to the Coupe D'isaster
Demo Kabuto - Demoman hat similar to the Killer's Kabuto worn by the Soldier.
