The Crown of the Old Kingdom is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is based on the headress worn by Horus in the video game Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris; a golden and black-striped nemes, complete with a black goatee wrapped in a golden cloth. When worn by the Pyro, it only features the nemes.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris on Steam before December 9, 2014.

The Crown of the Old Kingdom was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
