The Spy's Creepy Croon is a tool item. It can be found inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses, during Halloween events.

Upon use, it can be applied to a Spy hat, or any all-class hat. When wearing a hat under the effect of this spell, the character's voice will have a lower pitch, similar to Merasmus' Big Head Curse.

Halloween Spell effects and any unused Halloween Spell items are removed at the end of a Halloween event.
