Meet Your Match Update

The Meet Your Match Update is a major update that brought Competitive Mode matchmaking and PASS Time out of beta, introduced three new maps, and four new taunts.

Medic	Quick-Fix	Changed: ÜberCharge rate reduced to +15% (from +25%)
	Overdose	Changed: Increased movement speed bonus to +20% (from +10%)
		Changed: Increased damage penalty to -15% (from -10%)
Sniper	Cozy Camper	Changed: Now requires a full charge to gain flinch resistance
	Sydney Sleeper	Changed: When fully charged, or when making a headshot, now applies Jarate in a radius
		Added: Scoped shots now extinguish teammates
Spy	Enforcer	Added: Attacks pierce resist and absorb effects from all sources
