Headless Horseshoes is a tool item. Using it on a cosmetic item and then wearing it will result in flaming violet (bluish-purple) footprints being left in the player's wake as they run, similar to the Horseless Headless Horsemann.

Prior to Scream Fortress 2015, It could be found during Halloween events inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses.
