The Soviet Strongarm is a community-created Action taunt for the Heavy. When activated, the Heavy will pull out two large Dumbbells and begin doing a 'cross body hammer curl' exercise. Trivia
- "Skip leg day" in the description refers to an Internet meme mocking bodybuilders who focus on toning and strengthening the upper body while ignoring the lower, particularly the legs. Leg exercise is often tedious and does not produce as visible results; however, totally ignoring the legs may cause a distorted muscular appearance that many may find to be humorous. The Heavy, in particular, has a cartoony turnip-like silhouette that takes this meme to the extreme.
