The Vitals Vest is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a large team-colored vest with two closed pockets on his chest, a pouch with his class emblem containing two medicine bottles on the left side, and what appear to be two syringes on the right side.
The Vitals Vest was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Vitals Vest with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.

- The Vitals Vest was added to the game.
Bugs
- The low-quality model for the Vitals Vest has a leak on the back, on the same location of Medic's low quality model leak. Likewise, this leak is only seen when equipping items such as the Medic Mech-bag and the Scrap Pack, as well the Vaccinator.
Trivia
- Medical Vitals are vital signs routinely monitored by medical professionals and health care providers. These include the following: Body temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate (rate of breathing) and blood pressure.
