The Engineer's Gravelly Growl is a tool item that can be applied to any Engineer or all-class hat. When applied to any Engineer or all-class cosmetic item, the pitch at which the wearer speaks will be lower.
Prior to Scream Fortress 2015, It could be found during Halloween events inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses.

Bugs
- The backpack icon incorrectly uses the coloring overlay intended for paint cans.
Notes
- Though it is intended for use by the Engineer, the effect will occur for any class if they are wearing an item with it applied.
- Any unused Halloween Spell items are removed at the end of a Halloween event.
