Spectral Flame is a tool item. It can be found inside of Haunted Halloween Gifts on Ghost Fort, or from a Pile Of Curses, during Halloween events.
When applied to any of the Pyro's primary weapons, the flames produced will be a mixture of red and green. Players ignited by the flamethrower will also be surrounded by green flames. When used on the Phlogistinator, the usual "waves of energy" effect is replaced with green, but otherwise normally shaped, flames.
Any unused Halloween Spell items are removed at the end of a Halloween event.

Bugs
- The backpack icon incorrectly uses the coloring overlay intended for paint cans.
- Spectral Flames do not affect gibs when cl_burninggibs 1 is enabled.
