L'aggiornamento Smissmas 2014 è un aggiornamento principale per Team Fortress 2, rilasciato il Patch del 22 dicembre 2014. È una prosecuzione dei precedenti aggiornamenti della comunità, richiesti dalla Valve in coincidenza con le sottomissioni al Workshop Natalizio.

L'aggiornamento aggiugne 28 nuovi oggetti cosmetici a tema invernale e 7 nuove Armi Festive. Il piatto forte dell'aggiornamento è stato l'aggiunta di una nuova modalità di gioco beta, Mannpower, insieme ad due mappe beta, Foundry (Capture the Flag) e Gorge (Capture the Flag). Molte delle armi già esistenti del Demoman sono state cambiate per quanto riguarda la loro funzionalità. Inoltre sono state aggiunte tre armi totalmente nuove, il Mortaio a bombe adesive dinamiche, il Bombardatore di ferro, e L'Attacco di Panico.

Added: Added -25% radius penalty. Changed: Changed clipsize penalty to -25% (3 grenades per clip) from -50% (2 grenades per clip). Changed: Loch-n-Load grenades no longer visually tumble when fired
