The Pocket Momma is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a team-colored doll of the Scout's mother in a pocket on the left side of the chest of the Spy's suit. However, the team coloration is reversed with this item; the RED Spy's doll is the BLU version of the item, while the BLU Spy's doll is the RED version.
The Pocket Momma was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Pocket Momma with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
