The Most Wanted is an Action taunt for the Sniper.
When the player presses the action button, the Sniper will take a pad and a highlighter out of his vest, and cross out a name. He then proceeds to laugh before putting them both back.
The Most Wanted was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The crossed out names in the notepad are nicknames of regular contributors from the TF2 Emporium's Steam group chatroom, along with a few other names, which reference Gabe Newell and Gordon Freeman, among others.
