The Shogun Pack is a collection of eight class-based promotional items (four hats, four weapons) for Team Fortress 2', and was awarded to players who preordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011. The items themselves are also available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store, are craftable, and are dropped.
The items_game.txt lists the items as follows:
Soldier's Sashimono - Soldier secondary (similar to buff banner)
Gunbai - melee for Scout (similar to bat)
Kunai - melee for Spy (similar to knife)
Soldier Katana - melee for Soldier and Demoman (a katana sword)
Heavy Topknot - Heavy hat
Demo Kabuto - Demoman hat
