The End of the Line Update jest główną aktualizacją. Dodała ona broń na większość klas, 21 przedmiotów kosmetycznych, nową drwinę na Pyro, as well as a collection of items for leaderboard tracking.

The update was accompanied by an identically titled video. It shows how RED is attacked by BLU sending a runaway train filled with bombs towards their base.
Trivia
- Nowa mapa, Snowplow, została stworzona do tej aktualizacji, lecz nie została dodana gdyż Valve myśli że byłaby ona zbyt skomplikowana dla nowych graczy.
- Originally, the update was going to feature weapons, but one of them was added in the Love & War Update, and the others were scrapped for not making the quality cut.
