The Grand Duchess is a community-created item set for the Heavy.

Enables additional voice responses. |
Equipping all items in the set enables additional voice responses.
This set includes Halloween-restricted items and can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay nor grant its effect, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Grand Duchess was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The Grand Duchess was added to the game.
- Fixed the Heavy not playing the correct audio when equipping all of the Grand Duchess items.
- Fixed the Grand Duchess items not being grouped as an item set.
