Spirit Of Giving は、全てのクラスで装備可能なその他の装飾品アイテムです。 これは、小さい灰色のX線機械で、クラス別に胸に付けているものです。この機械には、緑色のスクリーンがあり、心臓と泡が描かれています。
このアイテムは、シークレットサンタか大量ギフトを使用して、他のプレイヤーにギフトを送ると各ギフト毎に、カウンターに表示されるカウントを増やします。
ランク
ランクは他のプレイヤーにギフトを送るたびにカウントされる、カウンターの数が一定数到達で上がります。例えば3つギフトをあげたとすれば、名前が "The Competent Contributor's Spirit Of Giving" に変わります。この機能はストレンジに似ており、ランクが上がることによってタイトルが上がるだけでなく、箱の中の'心臓'のサイズも大きくなるのです。しかし、心臓はギフトを上げていないと見ることは出来ません。
大量ギフトは一度に最大23ギフトを他のプレイヤーに送ることが出来ます。しかし、もし自分を数えないで10人しか接続していないサーバーで、大量ギフトを使えば、10ギフトしかカウンターではカウントされません。

バグ
- 緑色の所がスパイで透明になっていても見える。
- クラス選択画面やアイテム選択画面で、心臓が正しいサイズで表示されなかった。
- Mann Co. Catalogの説明文で、アイテムのランクが決闘ミニゲームで勝った回数で上がると表記してあった。（正しくはギフトを他のプレイヤーに送った回数）
