Scream Fortress 2018 est une mise à jour majeure parue le 19 Octobre 2018. La mise à jour ajoute deux nouvelles railleries, 5 nouvelles cartes, 20 nouveaux objets cosmétiques, 10 nouvelles Peintures de guerre, 15 nouveaux effets Inhabituels ainsi que de nouveaux contrats d'Halloween qui étaient gratuits pour tous les joueurs et accessibles via le ConTracker.
