Das Ubersternmannはコミュニティ製のメディック用の帽子です。これは１８世紀後半に被られていたような、古典的な長いつばをもつ黒いフェドラ（中折れ帽）で、ベルト状にリボンがあしらわれています。
Das UbersternmannSteamワークショップに"Secret State Surgeon"という名前で投稿されました。
