Voodoo-Cursed Engineer Soul はエンジニア用その他の装飾品アイテムです。これを装備するとエンジニアがゾンビに変身します。これは胸と二の腕部分の肉が完全に白骨化し、右脚のひざ当てがなくなり、腐り落ちた膝が見えています。
このアイテムはハロウィーンおよび満月の期間中のみ装備できます。期間外かつサーバーがハロウィーンモードを有効にしていない場合は、ゲームプレイ中に表示されません。しかし、ゲーム内で表示されないだけで装備すること自体はいつでも可能で、ロードアウト画面で確認することができます。
