The Shogun Pack is a collection of nine promotional items, consisting of four hats, four weapons and a Noise Maker for Team Fortress 2, and was awarded to players who pre-ordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011. The items themselves are also available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store, are craftable, and are dropped. Items received through the Total War: SHOGUN 2 pre-order promotion have Genuine quality — store-bought, dropped and crafted versions all have Unique quality. The descriptions of each Shogun Pack item are presented in Template:W form.

Trivia
- Rob "Larolaro" Laro, the creator of the weapons and hats in the Shogun pack, also created the Tank Buster item set and the Homewrecker.
- The description of all hats/weapons are haiku poems, with the exception of the Fan O'War since the middle line only has 5 syllables instead of 7.
