I feel like every bone in me body's broke!
The Demoman on missing limbs

The Bootlegger is a primary weapon for the Demoman. It is a single pirate's boot and a peg leg.

This weapon functions in exactly the same way as Ali Baba's Wee Booties.

The backpack icon was contributed by Smashman...

Update history

October 13, 2011 Patch (Manniversary Update & Sale)

  • The Bootlegger was added to the game.

Trivia

  • The weapon was originally showcased in the Medieval Update along with the rest of the set.
  • The term Template:W originally came from concealing hip flasks of alcohol in the legs of boots.
  • The Bootlegger is supposed to replicate a pegleg, which is a medieval form of a prosthesis.
