The Sniper

The The Bushwacka is an unlockable, community-made weapon added in the Polycount Update that replaces the Sniper's Kukri. Carrying it makes the Sniper more vulnerable to fire, taking 20% more damage. On the other hand, if the weapon is swung and would normally do a Mini-Crit, it will instead do a full-blown Critical hit. This makes it deadly when paired with Jarate or a friendly Buff Banner.

Notes

  • Unlike other Polycount items, the Bushwacka doesn't have a unique kill icon
  • The Bushwaka is a possible reference to the knife used in Crocodile Dundee's famous "that's not a knife!" scene, as it looks roughly similar.
