The Sniper

The Kukri is the default melee weapon for the Sniper. It is a large, curved knife based on the famous Nepalese utility knife.

Trivia

  • The kukri is a knife made famous by the Indian and Nepalese Gurkha warriors. It originated in Nepal and was used as a weapon, a general tool, and for religious purposes.[1]
  • Multiple kukris can be seen hanging as ornaments from the Christmas tree behind the Engineer in the Australian Christmas 2011 comic "True Meaning".
