The Dead Mann's Drink is a community-created special taunt for the Demoman.
When activated, the Demoman pulls out a square bottle of whiskey with his right hand, removes and throws its cap away, and pours it out in front of him; meanwhile, he raises his left hand with its palm up, then closes it into a fist and brings it to his heart while lowering his head. He then lets go of the bottle, which falls on the ground and cracks into pieces.
The Dead Mann's Drink was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
