La Licencia para Mutilar es un Misceláneo promocional para todas las clases. Es la medalla de Policía Independiente (Freelance Police) usada por Sam y Max, dorada y con el texto "Sam & Max Freelance Police" y el numero uno gravados, y con unas estrellas azules indicando el rango.
La medalla se consigue a la par que la Lugermorfa cuando ganas a Max en una partida que no tenga dinero del Template:W.
