Oh ho hoh! I have been in zhe wrong profession. I must learn zhis magic!
Medic on the Pyro's abilities.

The Vinyl Vellum of Vitality is an unlockable secondary item for the Pyro class. It is a cursed vinyl scroll, stolen by the Pyro from the Soldier who stole it from Merasmus.

Holding primary fire will charge the scroll similar to the Huntsman, conjuring a large orb that diminishes in velocity over time. Any target lit by the Pyro will reward the Pyro health regeneration each second.

The scroll lets the Pyro burn various areas not ignitable by other means.

Problems

  • Since afterburn is extinguished by healers (Dispensers and Medics) in one second, afterburn has to not be extinguishable. In addition, I thought there were too many attributes to include "+2 regen per target with afterburn", so I scrapped it. In the end, this weapon really isn't interesting.
